Like any good health food hippie, I take probiotics and think everyone else should as well.
Here is the kind we used to take, and then I saw this intriguing package in Rite Aid the other day. I kind of feel like the word "Ultimate" is too strong a modifier for a probiotic, plus "30 billion," really? That number is so large, I kind of feel like this company is just making things up now.
I guess what I'm saying is, probiotics are supposed to be all about gently building up your internal gut flora so that you can be happier and more regular, and the word "Ultimate" combined with the all-caps font and the number 30 billion kind of make it seem like a sports drink.
With all of those caveats, I did actually buy an EVEN STRONGER version of this (pictured below), just to try it, because I was curious to see if it would turn me into a super hero. That hasn't happened yet, but I will let you know!
